Risk Analysis, Asset Protection and Physical Security

I conduct physical security surveys of established in-house security operations to identify organizational strengths and weaknesses and make cost-effective recommendations to cure or reduce deficiencies and maximize committed resources.

I develop cost-effective security programs and procedures for private sector businesses, governmental organizations, startup businesses or those without an in-house security director, or for Non Governmental Organizations or aid agencies who do not have a full time security department.

I am able to conduct confidential residential surveys for at risk clients, recommending practices and physical security improvements to give you the peace of mind in knowing that your family and assets are protected. To learn more click here.

My  recommended solutions are based solely on industry best practice procedures as advocated by the American Society for Industrial Security International and my extensive worldwide experience.

Security Training and Developement

Small Arms Instruction

My experience training the guard force of the United States Embassy in Kabul Afghanistan, as well as thousands of military and police personnel, gives me the unique background necessary to develop the training for  your security program. I can design custom tailored training programs that address your organizations unique needs. I can develop effective training policies, procedures, documentation, and manuals that provide you with cost effective protection of your assets.

If you utilize armed personnel I can develop and implement firearms training programs keyed to your guard forces unique situation. My firearms training programs are based on my extensive experience training military, police, and US Department of State security personnel.
